This first document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing VTN products on RUWKNE and is applicable to all RUWKNE customers only. VTN is managed by Access Corporate Group Australia. All VTN products and orders are shipped from Sydney or New Zealand warehouse, depending on the availability on the stocks/products in the warehouse. Brands that are managed under VTN are Vida Glow, Eimele, TheroNomic, Bee+ Honey, MitoQ, Thalissi and Lovekins. Within Whole Of Australia
All VTN orders will be processed and dispatched within 7-15 business days depending on the process date. Once your orders has been processed for shipping, we will update a tracking number to your order through your email with the assigned couriers from DHL, AusPost or UPS couriers. A signature may be required by the receiver of the goods for delivery within Australia.

All VANZO product orders are shipped from Melbourne warehouse. All VANZO products are made in Malaysia, with Japan raw materials composition. All orders in stock will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped with Australia Post Standard Delivery, Australia Post Express or Sendle (Fastway or Couriers Please). A signature is not required by the receiver of the goods for delivery within Australia unless otherwise stated or requested. In the event that there is no one at residence to accept the delivery our couriers will either leave your order in a safe, secure location at your delivery address, or if the driver believes there is no safe and secure location the order will be taken to your closest Post Office (Applicable only for Australia Post) to be collected by you at a later date. A delivery card with instructions will be left in your letterbox.
New Zealand
All orders in stock will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped with Australia Post Standard Delivery, Australia Post Express or other couriers available. All deliveries to New Zealand currently do not require a signature. In the event that there is no one at the residence to accept the delivery our couriers will either leave your order in a safe, secure location at your delivery address or if the driver believes there is no safe and secure location the order will be taken back to the depot or a third party courier whichever applies to your location for collection/redelivery.
VANZO IS AVAILABLE WITHIN AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND ONLY, AS THE PRODUCT MAY BE SUBJECT TO QUOTA RESTRICTIONS/SENSITIVE/NOT ELIGIBLE FOR IMPORT FOR SOME COUNTRIES, SUCH AS CHINA.

In the event that there is no one at the residence to accept the delivery our couriers will either leave your order in a safe, secure location at your delivery address or if the driver believes there is no safe and secure location the order will be taken back to the depot or a third party courier whichever applies to your location for collection/redelivery.
ALL PRODUCTS IS AVAILABLE TO SHIP INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES LIKE SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA, CHINA, US, EUROPE, INDONESIA, JAPAN AND OTHER ASIA PACIFIC COUNTRIES.

Returns Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn/unwashed/unopened/unused and in original condition.

Only if product is faulty/damaged/leaked, please contact our customer service email at dkmgroup.au@gmail.com with an attached photo and invoice for us to process another order replacement or issue a full refund.

Only if product is faulty/damaged, please keep the packaging for the QR code needed to report back to company to replace you a new one or refund.(For Ruwen)

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch.

Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 14 business days after the confirmation.

Delivery costs are non-refundable. You must cover the cost of any items sent back to us, however there are no additional postage charges for exchanges that we ship back to you

Refunds will only be made by the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days.

We cannot be held responsible for items that have not reached us.
Returns & Refund Policy (For Beauty and Wellness Brands/Products)
We can only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Please note, all return requests must contact us at info@ruwkne.com.au within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Due to regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase for VTN products has been made. If you’re concerned that the product is damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can assist you with the matter and issue a refund where applicable.
Please read the ingredients of each product carefully, if you are allergic with any ingredients, kindly ask your doctor for advise before buying the products.

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping packaging as received.
